Thought I would share tonight's recipe! Bruschetta Chicken! I didn't invent this... I copied it down from someone else...who copied it from someone else...But I do cook it alot!

2 Cans Diced Tomatoes (the Italian kind with garlic and herbss, etc)
1 60z stuffing mix
A few chicken breasts thawed and cut into bite sized pieces
1 cup shredded Mozzerezla cheese

Preheat oven to 400
Mix tomatoes and stuffing in a bowl.
Lay chicken pieces out across a 9x13 baking dish
Cover with cheese
Sprinkle salt, pepper, herbs if desired
Top with evenly spread stuffing tomato mix
Bake for 30-45 min.

Yum!
